Grand theft posters, is a project I created in 2021, in which I decided to design a poster everyday for a year. Influences for the designs spanned from Virgil Abloh, Damien Hirst, Jackson Pollock, Roy Lichenstein, the design studio 8vo, Peter Saville and numerous other artists that I can't remember the names of as I write this.
Why? Honestly I'm not too sure. Did i learn anything? Probably. All I can say for certain is that I was able to turn 120 of them into a book afterwards, and as a result, I am now a published author on amazon. So that's pretty cool.
